Where do I send N400?
You generally have two options for filing your Form N-400 with USCIS:
Online, or
By mail (paper).
For either options the applicant must create an online account with USCIS that allows them to check status as well as receive notifications. It is also an efficient way to respond to requests for additional documentation. Having an online account allows you to expedite information exchange without getting put back in the queue.
Online submission:
The applicant may submit his application on the USCIS website once he has set up the above mentioned personal account.
By Mail:
There are three different PO Boxes and addresses assigned for different pockets of states within the US. Refer to the table below to see which address may be applicable to you.

Military Members
If you are applying based on being a current or former member of the military; a spouse of a current member of the military; or a spouse, parent or child of a deceased member of the military, you may file your Form N-400 online or by mail. If you choose to file by mail, send your application to the location listed below:

If you submit Form N-400 on paper, you will receive a USCIS Account Acceptance Notice in the mail with instructions on how to create an online account to track and manage your case. USCIS will process your application even if you do not create an online account, but we encourage you to create and access your online account.
